We collect the information you give us when you contact us or bring in a motorcycle: your name, phone number, email address, details about your motorcycle, and details about any machining or custom-part work you request, including drawings, CAD files, measurements or sample parts you provide.
We use your information only to do the work you request and to communicate with you about it: estimates and quotes, repair and job status updates, pickup notices, appointment reminders, and invoices.
Drawings, CAD files, specifications and sample parts you provide for a machining or custom-part job are used only to quote and complete your job. We do not share them with anyone else or use them for other customers' work without your permission.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your motorcycle, your machining job and your appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect our service to you.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business (such as our phone, email and payment providers) to the extent needed to serve you, or when required by law.
